Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading! Anyone can play along. Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
My teaser this week comes from, The Black Moth by Georgette Heyer, page 159.
"You are teasing," said Diana, and tried to frown. "First you pretend to know nothing about Mr. Everard, and then you tell me foolish stories about him. A duke, indeed! I believe you really do know nothing about him!"

I do love a good Regency...and from the sound of this teaser, it seems like one! Great choice.

I love Georgette Heyer and will have to add this one to my TBR list. Here is my teaser for this week.
This was my first experience with Georgette Heyer... and I love this book.
Great teaser! I haven't read this one, might have to try and find a copy!

Very nice - a teaser about teasing! Haven't read anything by Georgette Heyer, but this sounds like fun.
